Prototype, Modeling, Simulation and Evaluation - GVI Engineers develop, test and evaluate hardware and software that is used in the day to day operation of systems, equipment and facilities. As directed by our customers, GVI Engineers provide quality engineering services by assuring all products, manufactured and / or maintained by third party contractors, are shipped in accordance with the product Technical Data Package (TDP).
Systems Engineering Support (Hardware and Software) - GVI Engineers create technial documents, such as work and test instructions, using Technical Data Packages and reverse engineering techniques. These technical documents are used by Depots (organic and OEM) as Government Furnished Information (GFI) to repair, refurbish and manufacture systems. GVI Engineers assist third party contractor technicians in troubleshooting systems and equipment in which faults cannot be identified.
Technical Data Package (TDP) Test and Evaluation Support - GVI Engineers augment TDP's provided by both Government Agencies and third party contractors.
Testing Support - GVI Technical Personnel provide hardware and software product testing services, including acceptance, operational reliability, maintainability, and safety.
