1. Establish Quality Standards. GVI establishes and measures quality performance based on statement of work (SOW) requirements, experience, and a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of customer requirements.
  2. Train the Technical Staff.  We train each member of the technical staff in the quality standards.  We ensure each individual is thoroughly familiar with the procedures and tools to be applied to maintain and exceed standards. 
  3. Conduct Peer Review of Deliverables.  Each product completed by our staff is reviewed by their peers prior to internal approval GVI approval before submission to the customer and / or the end user. 
  4. Continual Process Improvement.  GVI implements continuous improvement by monitoring and assessing the quality control process, including soliciting customer feedback and performing internal reviews at the project and corporate level.

 

An Example of Our Quality Management Process

GVI created CMMI and ISO compliant quality policies and procedures for SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston.  These policies and procedures are established in such a fashion that enables the organizational contractors to easily and quickly implement contractor quality policies and procedures that ensures compliance and consistency with Government CMMI and ISO standards.  A key component of our quality system is continuous metric analysis with associated corrective and preventive actions, as well as risk identification and mitigation plans.  The quality systems created, implemented and maintained by GVI also includes a desktop management tool in which all metrics, corrective actions, preventative actions, and risk analysis and status is available to all personnel, including customers, in real time with one touch reporting.
